Please inspect the package before signature. We offer free replacement or full refund for damage reported before signature. No damage claims will be accepted after receipt.  

How long does artwork creation and shipping take?

Artwork creation takes 7–15 working days depending on picture complexity, character numbers and detail requirements. International shipping takes 7–20 working days. All timeframes are estimated and non-binding.  

Does the size include the frame?

All listed dimensions are pure canvas size. Framed products will have a slightly larger overall size.
