Thank you for shopping with Myoilarts. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Production Time All portrait oil paintings are custom-made to order. Please allow 15–25 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship worldwide from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Hong Kong & Macau: 2–5 business days
  • Mainland China: 5–10 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–25 business days

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Please note that we are required by law to declare the full value of all shipments on customs forms and cannot mark orders as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.

Damaged or Lost Shipments We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and artwork immediately upon receipt
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at myoilarts@gmail.com with your order number and photos

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For lost shipments, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Myoilarts is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at myoilarts@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.
