Can I cancel or refund my custom order during creation?

Each oil painting is a unique handmade custom work. To protect the rights and interests of both parties, we follow a customer-friendly tiered cancellation & refund policy based on creation progress:

1. Before creation: 100% free cancellation, no deduction.

2. Line draft completed: 25% creation cost deduction, 75% full refund.

3. Mid-coloring stage: 50% creation cost deduction.

4. Near completion stage: 80% creation cost deduction.

5. Fully finished artwork: Final sale, no cancellation or refund.
