Disclaimer

  1. All artworks are 100% hand-painted oil paintings. Slight color deviation caused by hand painting, canvas texture, lighting and screen display is normal and not acceptable for return or refund.
  2. Listed sizes are pure canvas dimensions. Frames and mats will slightly enlarge the overall size. Minor frame material & color differences are unavoidable.
  3. All packages are well-protected with shipping insurance. Customers must inspect goods before signature. No compensation for damage claimed after receipt.
  4. For custom portrait/pet paintings, buyers fully warrant the portrait right and copyright of uploaded images. All legal infringement liabilities shall be borne solely by the purchaser.
  5. Production and shipping time are estimated only. No compensation for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance or logistics congestion.
  6. Artworks are for indoor dry & shaded display only. Damage from direct sunlight or damp environment is not covered by after-sales service.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with sales contracts and this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong SAR.

If any clause hereof is held invalid by Hong Kong courts, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
