Artwork Lost or Stolen

If your artwork is lost or stolen during the process of delivery, please feel free to write to us. We will have the painting redone for you at no additional charge.

If your artwork is damaged on receipt, we would be happy to repaint the artwork for you on receiving the photo of the damaged artwork. Please make sure you also keep the photo of the box in which the artwork arrived. Repainting the artwork will be absolutely free of cost.

Frame Arrived Damaged

On receiving a damaged frame, the frame charges will be reimbursed to your source account.

Delay with Express Service

If the artwork does not reach you in 11-13 days despite choosing Express Service, your Express Service charges will be refunded to the sourced account.

If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help fairly and transparently.

1、Refund Policy & Transaction Fees

Please note that once an artist has started creating your custom artwork, the payment becomes non-refundable.However, if you have received the painting and still wish to return it, we can offer a 20% refund of your total order amount.This partial refund helps cover artist time, materials, and transaction charges, as we cannot resell custom artworks. Example:For a $200 order,20% refund = $40 You will receive $40 after returning the painting. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned artwork passes our quality check.

2.Return & Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your final painting, you may request:
Unlimited free revisions before shipment, or A refund (minus transaction charges) after the return of the paintingTo be eligible for a refund:

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Return must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving our return address
⚠️ Note: Filing a bank or PayPal dispute will invalidate your eligibility under this policy.

Additional Policies

1. Myoilarts holds the sole discretion for stating whether a return request is valid or invalid.
2. In case of returns or replacements, the customer is liable to return the faulty painting within 7 days of receiving it.
3. In all the returns and replacements, Myoilarts will run a quality check. The refund or replacement is will initiated only after a successful inspection.
4. If a customer raises more than 2 return or refund requests in 365 days, his 3rd return/refund will not be initiated on the grounds of fake requests.Custom orders and Gift Cards are non-refundable

5. The refund to original payment methods will reflect within 5-10 Working Days.
