Portrait &Photo Copyright Authorization Undertaking
By submitting your photos and placing a custom order with our store, you hereby confirm and warrant the following:
- You are the sole legal owner of all photos, portraits, images and other visual materials you upload, or you have obtained full, legal, written authorization from all individuals appearing in the photos to use their likeness, portrait, image and personal features for custom oil painting creation, production, framing and global sales & display.
- You grant our brand an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce, edit, paint, print, frame and deliver artworks based on your uploaded images solely for fulfilling your custom order.
- You shall fully indemnify our store against any third-party claims, lawsuits, copyright/portrait right infringement complaints, fines, losses and legal fees arising from unauthorized use of portraits, photos or images you provided.
- We reserve the right to cancel, refund or suspend your order immediately if we reasonably believe your uploaded materials violate any copyright, portrait right or relevant laws.
You confirm that you understand all terms above and voluntarily grant full authorization.
